As a local resident for over 40 years I have been involved in the Real Estate Industry for 25 years operating from the same premises.

The business I now own had its humble beginning in 1935, established by Bert & Stewart Maddern it traded as Maddern Estate Agency for a number of years. Purchased by my father Ossie Craggs in 1977 and subsequently purchased by myself in 1997.

As a proud owner of this business for 10 years I have aligned myself with the Ray White Franchise, which is over a 100 year old family company. This provides me with a huge network spanning Australia to New Zealand and Asia together with superior technology.
